Freedom fighter Pt. Neki Ram Sharma was born in which of the following districts?

Explanation

Pandit Neki Ram Sharma was born in Kelanga/Kalinga village, which at the time of his birth belonged to Rohtak district. The village now falls in Bhiwani district because administrative boundaries changed later. This historical-boundary distinction explains why Rohtak is the correct answer among the options.
